Built on partnerships.
Here for the whole journey.

Partnerships are the foundation of Swipesum. We connect our customers with the right software, payment providers, and services, then stay alongside them through implementation, customer service, and the decisions that come next. Together, we build relationships that keep delivering as their businesses grow.

Our customers need great partners. We help them find you.

We are in the room when businesses decide how to accept payments, which software to use, and who they can count on for help. When your solution fits, we can bring you into that conversation. We work together to earn the customer’s trust and keep earning it after launch.

Relevant customer introductions

We can recommend your solution to customers who need it. Each introduction starts with an understanding of the business, the problem to solve, and where your capabilities fit.

/
02

A stronger solution together

Bring your technology or services into a proposal shaped around the customer. We help connect the pieces and define how our teams will work together through implementation and ongoing service.

Economics that support
a lasting partnership

Revenue share, referral arrangements, and joint selling can support the relationship. We align the commercial model with the work each business contributes and the value we create for customers.

Support beyond launch

Our team stays involved after go-live. We help customers with payment questions, provider issues, and ongoing improvements, working with partners as the business and its needs change.

We put our
name behind
the recommendation

When we recommend a partner, we are putting our own customer relationship behind that decision. We look for companies whose capabilities solve the problem and whose teams will help us take care of the customer over time.

Our provider-agnostic approach starts with the customer’s requirements. We compare software, payments, economics, and support to build the right proposal. Our partnerships make that choice possible, and our ongoing service helps keep the solution working as the customer grows.

A PARTNERSHIP FOR
EVERY STAGE OF THE
CUSTOMER JOURNEY

From the first review to the years that follow, Swipesum brings partners into the work and stays involved in the customer’s payments. Here is what that looks like.

Start with the customer

We learn how the business operates, what is holding it back, and what it wants to achieve. We review its software, payment setup, costs, and service needs.

Build the right proposal

We evaluate suitable software, payment providers, and added services. The proposal explains the fit, the economics, and how the solution will work in practice.

Bring in the right partners

When your solution fits, we connect the teams and work through the opportunity together. We align on responsibilities, commercial terms, and how the customer will be supported.

Get the customer live

We coordinate the agreed integration, merchant onboarding, testing, and rollout with the customer and partner, so the recommendation becomes something the business can use.

Be there after launch

Customers have a payments team to turn to for questions, statement reviews, provider issues, and day-to-day support. We work with our partners to resolve problems and keep the customer moving.

Keep improving as the business grows

As customers add locations, adopt new software, or need different capabilities, we revisit the options and bring in partners who can help. The relationship grows with the business.

Different ways to partner. A shared commitment to customers.

Partner with Swipesum through referrals, embedded payments, integrations, and member or portfolio programs. We work with software companies and ISVs, payment providers, banks, CPAs and fractional CFOs, ERP and ecommerce integrators, consultants, franchise systems, associations, and private equity operating teams. Each relationship starts with a clear role for both teams and a plan to support customers over time.

Connect your platform with our payments expertise. For software companies and ISVs, we can help with embedded payments, gateway selection, merchant onboarding, card and ACH acceptance, and payment monetization. We define the integration and service model together, then stay involved in implementation, support, and program improvement as adoption grows.

Bring the right technology to the customer

Work with Swipesum on opportunities where your gateway, processor, payment technology, or services solve a customer need. We evaluate the fit, align on commercial terms, and coordinate implementation and ongoing service. Our provider-agnostic approach keeps the customer’s requirements at the center of the recommendation.

Add payments expertise to trusted advice

Banks, CPAs, fractional CFOs, consultants, and ERP or ecommerce integrators can introduce clients who need help with payment costs, merchant services, contracts, or integrations. Swipesum handles the payments work and keeps your team informed. Referral fees or recurring revenue sharing may be available under an agreed partnership structure.

Build a program across your network

Give franchise locations, association members, or portfolio companies a coordinated payments resource. We can structure a program around statement audits, merchant accounts, provider evaluation, integrations, onboarding, and ongoing support. Co-branded materials and partner enablement help your team introduce the program while each business gets a solution suited to its needs.

Questions about partnering with Swipesum

Can Swipesum refer customers to our business?

Yes. When your software, payment technology, or services fit a customer’s needs, Swipesum can introduce your team and help shape the opportunity. Recommendations start with the customer’s requirements and the partner’s ability to support the solution.

Do we need to send business to Swipesum to partner?

No. A partnership can involve customer introductions in either direction, joint selling, software integrations, or shared service delivery. We agree on a practical model based on what each team contributes and how we can best serve customers together.

Can we structure a revenue-share agreement?

Depending on the partnership, referral fees or recurring revenue sharing may be available. We agree on eligibility, responsibilities, reporting, and commercial terms before launch. The structure reflects each team’s role and the value delivered to the customer.

Can we partner if we already offer integrated payments?

Yes. Swipesum can work with software platforms that already offer payments. We can help evaluate the current setup, improve merchant onboarding and support, review payment economics, or explore gateway and provider options around your existing product and customer requirements.

Does every partnership require a new integration?

No. Referral and advisory partnerships can begin without a software integration. For embedded payments or other technical programs, we assess the existing software, gateways, processors, and implementation requirements together before defining the scope.

What happens after the customer goes live?

Swipesum stays involved with payment questions, statement reviews, provider issues, and ongoing improvements. We coordinate with the partner on responsibilities and help customers as they add locations, adopt new software, or need different payment capabilities.
