Not wanting to push existing tenants out, Tiffany and her team decided they would run the space themselves, leaving them with a lot to do and very little time to figure it out.

Tiffany was unexpectedly thrown into the coworking world when her building took over a community that had been abandoned by a large coworking company. Not wanting to push existing tenants out, Tiffany and her team decided they would run the space themselves, leaving them with a lot to do and very little time to figure it out.
One of the biggest issues was getting paid. Despite her experience in long-term leases, Tiffany found that month-to-month rent was a new monster. She quickly realized that credit card payments were a must in the space.
